2. Scope of Work
The scientific documentation specialist will support the CURAD team and deliver an analytical and scientific documentation of CURAD incubation activity in the target districts that can be disseminated in media or related developmental journals. The specialist will do the following:
- Collate baseline information and reports of the current business incubation activities of the project.
- Collate information from the CURAD incubation reports and deliver a final report of the holistic
CURAD incubation activity for dissemination to partners and possible journal publications. Develop an agribusiness mentor-ship and hand holding schedule for the entrepreneurs
- Provide the baseline information report of the activity and the final synthesized project output document.
3. Qualifications, experience and key competencies
- A PHD in any agricultural and scientific area with agribusiness, agricultural sciences and social development.
- Experience in writing peer reviewed papers as a key experience.
- Exposure to livestock sector and documentation as an added advantage.
4. Documents to be included when submitting proposals
Interested individual consultants must submit the following documents/information to demonstrate their qualifications:
- EOI and Offeror’s letter to CURAD (Maximum 3 Pages)
Confirming interest and availability for the contract assignment
Explain why they are the most suitable for the work.
