Scope of Work
The agribusiness mentorship support Specialist will provide practical business mentor-ship to selected youth, women and farmers in the target district of Isingiro, Mbarara, Kiruhura, Sembabule, Kiboga, Kyankwanzi, Nakaseke, Nakasongola and Masindi Districts with practical skills and knowledge in running businesses including but not exclusive to Pasture establishment, pasture seed management, foliage nursery management and related businesses. The specialist will do the following:
- Asses the practical agribusiness management skills gaps among the selected project beneficiary entrepreneurs.
- Develop an agribusiness mentor-ship and hand ativan generic vs brand holding schedule for the entrepreneurs.
- Provide one on one agribusiness mentor-ship and hand holding to the selected entrepreneurs in all target districts.
- Provide bi monthly reports of agribusiness mentor-ship support activity
Qualifications, experience and key competencies
- A university degree in management, technology, agricultural sciences, or closely related field ? At least 3 years of work experience in mentoring youth, women and farmer entrepreneurs.
- Excellent knowledge in agribusiness mentor-ship.
- Experience of working with youth in the beef, diary, pasture and related value chains is an added advantage.

Interested individual consultants must submit the following documents/information to demonstrate their qualifications:
- EOI and Offeror’s letter to CURAD (Maximum 3 Pages)
- Confirming interest and availability for the contract assignment
- Explaining why they are the most suitable for the work.
- All-inclusive financial proposal (daily rate) proposal
- Personal CV including past experience in similar or related projects sponsored by the government or donor agencies.
- Provide at least 3 referees (CONTACTS)
