Mr. Edmond Nsadhu Food Technologist

Edmond Nsadhu is a Food Scientists with a bachelor’s degree of Food Processing Technology of Kyambogo University. He has eight years of experience in Implementation and auditing of Food Safety & Quality Management Systems, Product Development and Quality Control (this includes management, Production line quality control, laboratory testing and analysis of results both chemical and microbiological)

Margaret Nanyonjo - Accounts Adiministrator

Mrs. Margret Nanyonjo Lutimba is the Accounts Administrator at CURAD. Margret holds a BSc in Agriculture and an MBA Makerere University. She also holds a Certified Public Accountant of Uganda certification. Margret has experience in accounting, auditing and financial management.

Beatrice Nginah - Accounts Assistant

Beatrice Nginah is the incubator administrative associate specialized in Project Management. She holds a Bachelors of Urban Planning Degree obtained from Makerere University. She is currently undertaking a Masters Degree Management studies (Project Planning & Management) at the same Uganda Management Institute. Rose has 10 years experience working in projects.  Her current responsibilities entail the following: Supporting the Board and Technical working Committees; administering the Management Information Collaborative system (MICS); Events organization (national and international), accounts assistantship and general Office Management.

Katta Moses

Katta Moses is a Ugandan born in 1984 who holds International MBA retail in banking and financial industry from the University of Bologna, Italy. He also holds a degree from Makerere University (Bsc. Agriculture Economics). His specialization over the past 5 years has tended towards developing a dynamic approach to competitive analysis and business strategy that is well suited to today’s turbulent competitive environment. He has highly developed skills in finance, corporate strategy, risk management, marketing, customer satisfaction and customer analysis. Furthermore, he has vast experience in agricultural finance, structured trade finance and value chain analysis. Moreover, he has the ability to think analytically and strategically in addressing marketing problems having conducted several case studies of actual marketing problems aimed at providing a systematic approach to marketing decision-making. He has supervised coffee farmers in eastern Uganda districts while working with UGACOF Ltd, a coffee processor and exporter in Uganda. Moreover, he has been actively involved in financing coffee farmers while working with centenary Rural Development Bank, the leading microfinance bank in Uganda.
